What is a Lucky Gift Card Pack?
The Lucky Gift Card Pack entitles you to entry in Product Promotion draws which give you a guaranteed £25 on activation and the opportunity to win up to £25,000.
When you receive your Lucky Gift Card Pack, the attached One4all Gift Card will have no value. To activate and add value to your One4all Gift Card you need to visit www.giftxtracards.com/activate . The minimum value loaded to your card on activation will be £25.
Where can I Buy a Lucky Gift Card Pack?

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
When you purchase a Lucky Gift Card Pack from our website it will be delivered through the following method;
Standard Delivery by post. Delivery takes 5 - 7 business days
Processing of orders and delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays in the UK.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your Lucky Gift Card Pack to the wrong address or wrong person as result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Are there any expiry dates linked to my Lucky Gift Card Pack?
The Lucky Gift Card Pack has an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase and after that date the Pack cannot be used to participate in the associated Product Promotion draws nor can the One4all Gift Card be activated.

How are Lucky Gift Card Pack Product Promotion draws operated?
The Product Promotion draws are linked to the purchase of the Lucky Gift Card Pack. It is only open to holders of Lucky Gift Card Packs in England, Scotland and Wales.
The draw is managed by GiftXtra Innovations Limited and independently operated on behalf of GiftXtra Innovations Limited by a certified and accredited draw operator, Randomness and Integrity Services Ltd. T/A as Random.Org (Premier Business Centres, 8 Dawson Street, Dublin Ireland). The draw mechanism has been evaluated and certified by GLI (Gaming Labs International).
Each Lucky Gift Card Pack is entered into two Product Promotion draws the day following the sale of the Lucky Gift Card Pack.
What prizes are available to be won and the chances of winning a prize?
The first Product Promotion draw is for the £24,975 prize which has a 1 in 100,000 probability to win.
The second Product Promotion draw is for smaller prizes ranging from £5 - £75 which has a 1 in 20 probability to win.
The value of the daily prize fund will be equivalent to 4% of the previous day’s sales.
Any winnings up to £75 from the selection to Play in the second Product Promotion draw linked to the Lucky Gift Card Pack will be added to the guaranteed £25 One4all Gift Card value on activation. If the prize you have won is above £100, please contact us at contactus@giftxtracards.com to choose how to receive your pay out value.
If you did not win a prize or you chose not to Play in the Product Promotion draws, the One4all Gift Card will be loaded with the guaranteed £25 value on activation.
How do I check if I won?
Visit www.giftxtracards.com/activate
correctly enter your 16 digit Lucky ID (shown on the back of your card);
register your contact details;
you will then have the option to ‘’Play and Activate’’. On selecting to ‘’Play and Activate’’ you will then access the draw wheel that will reveal if your Lucky ID has won or not.
Do I have to play the Product Promotion draws?
No, you do not have to play in the Product Promotion draws however you must still activate your One4all Gift Card from the Lucky Gift Card Pack. You will have the option to Don’t Play and Activate. This will then activate the One4all Gift Card and add the guaranteed £25 value.
Why is my Lucky ID not recognised?
You must wait at least 24 hours from the date of purchase to activate your One4all Gift Card from the Lucky Gift Card Pack and choose whether to enter the Product Promotion draw.
Please also check that you are entering the Lucky ID correctly.

ACTIVATED ONE4ALL GIFT CARDS
How long does it take for my One4all Gift Card to be activated?
Please allow an additional 24 hours from day of activation for the funds to be added to your One4all Gift Card. Once funds are added to your One4all Gift Card it will be available to spend.
Where can I spend my One4all Gift Card?
Over 120 retailers accept the One4all Gift Card in thousands of stores, including favourites such as Argos, Primark, Currys, Asos, and TK Maxx. You can view the full retailer list Here.
Does my One4all Gift Card expire?
One4all Gift Cards do not expire and can be spent free of charges for 18 months following the activation date. After this time a monthly charge of 90p will be deducted from funds remaining on the card, until the card balance reaches zero.
Can I use my One4all Gift Card for online purchases?
Yes, you can use it like you would a Visa Debit card. Do not choose ‘Gift Voucher’ or ‘Gift Card’ at checkout.
Make sure to check your chosen retailer accepts the One4all Gift Card online, as not all retailers can do so. Check Here.
How can I check the balance on my One4all Gift Card?

Text ‘My Balance’ followed by your 16 digit card number to 57887 to receive an SMS stating your balance.
Do I have to spend the whole One4all Gift Card value in one go?
No, you can spend your One4all Gift Card in multiple transactions until the balance reaches £0.
Do I need a PIN to use my One4all Gift Card?
No, you do not require a PIN to use your One4all Gift Card
What do I do if my One4all Gift Card is lost or stolen?
To report a lost or stolen One4all Gift Card please call the customer service Helpline immediately on 03700 84 4444.
We need the card number or original proof of purchase in order for us void the card and to replace it. We also reserve the right to ask some additional security questions to confirm your ownership of the card and funds.
A re-issue fee of £5.00 will apply.
One4all cannot accept any liability for deductions from your card prior to you notifying us with full details. As soon as we are advised of the loss/theft of the card, One4all can block the card to prevent any further spending on the card, however we will require written confirmation of the loss/theft before we can replace the card.
Can I top up my One4all Gift Card?
No, unfortunately it is not currently possible to top your Card with additional funds, as the One4all Gift Card is a single-load card.
