These are the terms on which we supply the Lucky Gift Card Pack to You and (if you are using our website) on which You may make use of our website (and any sub-sites, sub-domains and so-called Apps).

The website is owned and operated by us The site is an ecommerce website where customers can purchase the Lucky Gift Card Pack. It also enables recipients to activate their Lucky Gift Card, reveal the product promotion draw result of their card and provides a range of customer information and services. More detail is provided below.

Our website is made available free of charge but You may have to pay fees to access Your Internet. We may update the website from time to time to reflect changes to our products, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements and to reflect our business priorities and our user’s needs. If You have been sent the wrong content, or it is faulty, please let us know within 14 days and we will investigate Your complaint and if you have not been sent what you ordered or it is faulty, we will either deliver the appropriate content or refund your payment.
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of this, meaning if it is obvious it would happen or if at the time of making the contract we both knew it would happen.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or terms which may apply to our website or content on it, whether express or implied.
Who is your vendor of the Lucky Gift Card Pack
We are the vendor of the Lucky Gift Card Pack
Your right to access Lucky Gift Card Packs from our Website
When You purchase the Lucky Gift Card Pack online, it retails at £27, which represents £25 for the Lucky Gift Card Pack plus a processing fee of £2 (plus the standard cost of postage). By purchasing Your Lucky Gift Card pack online, you are able to choose a “To and From” Greeting card which You are unable to do in a retail store
When You purchase from a store, the Lucky Gift Card Pack also retails at £27. This represents £25 for the Lucky Gift Card Pack and a fulfilment fee to the retailer of £2.
How do you pay online for the Lucky Gift Card Pack
We accept the following payment methods on our website
- Credit Card
- Paypal; and
- Debit Card
When you provide us with your payment information you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase a Lucky Gift Card Pack from our website it will be delivered by Standard by post. Delivery takes 5 - 7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your Lucky Gift Card Pack to the wrong address or wrong person as result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
The One4All Gift Card within the pack is guaranteed to be worth a minimum of £25 and potentially worth up to £25,000. All Lucky Gift Card Packs are entered into a random product promotion draw the day following the sale of the Lucky Gift Card Pack.
Note carefully that the One4All Gift Card, which is included within the Lucky Gift Card Pack is only operational until the Valid Thru date (A replacement Card will be required to use any funds remaining on the Card after this date.)
Who issues the One4all Gift Card in the Lucky Gift Card Pack
The One4all Gift Card is issued by GVS Prepaid Limited, whose registered office is at Westside, London Road, Hemel Hempstead, HP3 9TD.
Post Activation of the One4all Gift Card the Customer will be contracted under the One4all Gift Card terms and conditions https://www.one4all.com/terms-conditions.
GVS Prepaid Limited is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money regulations 2011 (register ref 900230) for issuing of electronic money and the provision of payment services.
The One4all Gift Cardis not a credit card or a charge card; nor is it a debit card linked to a current account. It is a prepaid card which means that money must be loaded onto the card by activating online.
To activate Your One4All Gift Card and reveal if it has won in the applicable daily draw, please log onto www.giftxtracards.com/activate
At activation you can choose to:
1) Participate in our product promotion draw and reveal the true value of YourOne4All Gift Card based on the outcome of the relevant draw applicable to your card, and activate Your card for a Card Transaction.

2) Decide not to participate in the product promotion draw and activate Your One4All Gift Card with a £25 value.
Once one business day has elapsed from the date of activation You can spend your One4AllGift Card in thousands of retail outlets in the UK where One4all Gift cards are accepted. For a full listing of those Participating Retailers, please log into www.giftxtracards.com/where-to-spend
PRODUCT EXPIRY RULES AND CHARGES
The Lucky Gift Card Pack has an expiry date of 12 months from date of purchase (“the Valid Thru Date”) and after that date the pack cannot be used to play/participate in the associated online draw and/or activate Your One4All Gift Card.

DEFINITIONS
“GiftXtra Innovations” issuer of the Lucky Gift Card Pack and Promoter of the Product Promotion whose registered office is at 7 Mountfield Park, Malahide, Co Dublin, K36D324, Republic of Ireland
“Business Day” means any day from Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays.
“Card Transaction” means any transaction whereby the Card is used as payment for goods and/or services at Participating Retailers.
“GVS Prepaid”, means GVS Prepaid Limited whose registered office is at Westside, London Road, Hemel Hempstead, HP3 9TD.
“Participating Retailer” means a supplier of goods and/or services in the UK which has agreed to accept the Card as payment for goods and/or services. A list of participating retailers can be found at www.giftxtracards.com/luckygiftcardretailers . Please note this list is subject to change from time to time and we have no control over this.
“You” (or “you”) and “Your” (or “your”) means the person who purchased the Card or the person in possession of the Card from time to time who has been gifted the Card by the purchaser.

Details of the Lucky Gift Card Draw.
DRAW
The draw is a product promotion draw linked to the purchase of the Lucky Gift Card Pack. It is only open to holders of Lucky Gift Card Packs in England Scotland and Wales.
The draw is managed by GiftXtra Innovations and independently operated on behalf of GiftXtra Innovations by a certified and accredited draw operator Randomness and Integrity Services Ltd. T/A as Random.Org (Premier Business Centres, 8 Dawson Street, Dublin Ireland). The draw mechanism has been evaluated and certified by GLI (Gaming Labs International).
All Lucky Gift Card Packs are entered into random draws the day following the sale of the Lucky Gift Card Pack.
Each Lucky Gift Card Pack is entered into two draws on that day.
The first is for the £24,975 prize which has a 1 in 100,000 probability to win.
The second is for a smaller prize ranging from £5 - £75 which has a 1 in 20 probability to win. The value of the daily prize fund will be equivalent to 4% of the previous days sales.
Each prize won is added to the £25 base value to give a total load value to the One4All Gift Card for winners.
If the Lucky Gift Card Pack does not win a prize the load One4All Gift Card redeemable value will be £25.
All Lucky Gift Card Pack recipients who have activated their Card will be entered into an additional single bonus draw with a chance of winning a £50 Gift Card.

DATA COLLECTION
We collect and process your personal information in order to:
- Provide Our Services: To provide our services, operate our website, respond to your enquiries and fulfil your requests and orders, process your payments.
- Customer Service and Support: To send you important information such as changes to terms, conditions, policies, other administrative information, support lost or stolen card claims and support other service queries.
- Marketing and Promotions: All marketing and promotions require you to agree and opt in to receive them. We will never send you marketing communications without your consent. You can opt out at any time from these communications.
- Verify Identity and Detect Fraud: To verify your identity and/or location in order to enable online transactions, secure your personal information, for risk control, fraud detection and prevention, and compliance with laws and regulations.
Data collection will take the below forms:
Lucky Gift Card Pack recipients will be requested to supply the following information; Name, Email, Mobile number.
They will also be given the option to Opt in to receive communications from GiftXtra Innovations Ltd. for Marketing & Promotion purposes. You may opt-out at any time by contacting us on contactus@giftxtracards.com. Opt out is via email to have a record.
Under 18 year old Lucky Gift Card Pack recipients will not be eligible to Opt in for marketing and promotional communications.

Your legal right to change your mind
Events outside our control
If our supply of your service or product is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay, provided we are aware of the relevant event. As long as we do this, or if we are unaware of the event, we won't be liable to you for the delay, but you can contact our Customer Service Team (see above for details) to end the contract and receive a refund for any services you have paid for in advance, but not received, less reasonable costs we have already incurred
Online Purchases. Your right to cancel the Order and to raise a complaint if you think there is something wrong with your Lucky Gift Card Pack.
If you have purchased your Lucky Gift Card Pack online, You also have the right to cancel your Lucky Gift Card Pack online order within 14 days of purchase by contacting contactus@giftxtracards.com. Or by telephone on 020 3830 2266 We will then arrange for the cancellation of the One4All Gift Card so you have no need to return the Lucky Gift Card Pack. . You will be entitled to a refund. We refund you by the method you used for payment.

When you return the Lucky Gift Card Packs, you must do so at your own cost.
You will need your receipt for our Customer Services team to validate your purchase. Then send the Lucky Gift Card Packs back to us, using an established delivery service. If you do this, you should keep a receipt or other evidence from the delivery service that proves you have sent it and when you sent it. If you don’t do this and we don’t receive the Lucky Gift Card Packs at all or within a reasonable time we won't refund you the price.

We honour our legal duty to provide you with products that are as described to you on our website and that meet all the requirements imposed by law. For detailed information please visit the Citizens Advice website www.citizensadvice.org.uk.
Your Lucky Gift Card Packs must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product your legal rights entitle you to the following:
- Up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get a refund .
- Up to six months: if your goods can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund, in most cases.

We honour our legal duty to provide you with products that are as described to you on our website and that meet all the requirements imposed by law.

In some circumstances, you do not have the right to return the Lucky Gift Card Packs
Your right to return will not apply to:
- Lucky Gift Card Packs that have been opened or seal removed
- Lucky Gift Card Packs where the One4All Gift Card has been activated
- Lucky Gift Card Packs that have been personalised
- Lucky Gift Card Packs that are damaged so they cannot be reused
We don't compensate you for all losses caused by us or the Lucky Gift Card Packs
We're responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaking this contract unless the loss is:
- Unexpected. It was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to us before we accepted your order meant we should have expected it (so, in the law, the loss was unforeseeable).
- Caused by a delaying event outside our control. As long as we have taken the steps set out in the section We're not responsible for delays outside our control.
- Something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action. For example, damage to your own digital content or device, and which you could have avoided by following our advice to apply a free update or by correctly following the installation instructions or having the minimum system requirements advised by us.
LEGAL JURISDICTION
The Terms and Conditions (including non-contractual matters) are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
HOW WE DEAL WITH DISPUTES.
You have several options
Our Customer Service Team: (see details above) will try to resolve any problems you have with us or our services.
Alternative dispute resolution. This another option you or we can use which means you don’t have to go to Court because an independent body will consider your dispute and seek to resolve it. If you choose this route, any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract should be submitted to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and settled by final and binding arbitration in accordance with the CIArb Arbitration Rules. You can contact CIArb via their website at https://www.ciarb (sub-domain https://www.ciarb.org/disputes/) which contains information on how to submit a dispute or via their address at 12 Bloomsbury Square, London WC1A 2LP, England.
Judgment on any award issued under this provision may be entered by any court of competent jurisdiction.
If you prefer, you can go to Court. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales whose Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims (including over non-contractual matters) so you can bring claims against us in the English Courts as we may against you.
We can change services and these terms
Changes we can always make.
We can always change a service:
- to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and
- to make minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a security threat. These are changes that don't affect your use of the service.
We can suspend the supply of a service. We would only do this to:
- deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes;
- update the service to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; or
- If you breach or fail to comply (or we have reasonable grounds for believing that you have, will or may so breach or fail to comply) with any of these Terms and Conditions in which case we may also terminate your access to our services and products but you will remain liable for all amounts due from you up to the date of termination.
We don't compensate you for all losses caused by us or our services
We're responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaking this contract unless the loss is:
- Unexpected. It was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to us before we accepted your order meant we should have expected it (so, in the law, the loss was unforeseeable).
- Caused by a delaying event outside our control. If there is a delay caused by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won't compensate you for the delay, but if the delay is likely to be substantial you can contact our Customer Service Team: contactus@giftxtracards.com 020 3830 2266 to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for in advance, but not received, less reasonable costs we have already incurred.

- Something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action, including following our reasonable instructions for use.
Other important terms apply to these Terms and Conditions.
Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and replace and supersede any prior agreements between you and us.
Invalidity. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable by a Court of Competent Jurisdiction, the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will continue to apply in full force and effect and the invalid portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of you and us.
Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to another person or party. We will tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer won't affect your rights under these Terms and Conditions. You can only transfer your rights and obligations to someone else if we agree to this in writing.
Nobody else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us. No other person or party shall have a right to enforce any of its Terms.
Notices. Any written notices under this agreement shall be in writing and sent by hand or registered or certified mail or recorded delivery post to the following address GiftXtra Innovations Ltd. PO Box 13618, Dublin 15, Republic of Ireland. A notice delivered by hand is deemed to have been received when delivered (or if delivery is not in business hours, 9.30 AM on the first Business Day following delivery. A correctly addressed notice sent by registered or certified mail or recorded delivery post shall be deemed to have been received at 9.30 AM on the first Business Day after receipt by us.
